Short Session - £250

A quick, professional shoot tailored for smaller projects or busy schedules, delivering polished images that highlight the key elements. This shoot includes tethered photography to an iPad Pro for real-time previews, ensuring every shot is captured exactly as envisioned.

  • Up to 2 hours on location (includes 1 hour of travel)

  • A curated selection of approximately 15 professionally edited images delivered via a private online gallery.

Half Day Shoot - £500

Full Day Shoot - £750

The Full-Day Shoot is designed for large properties or hospitality venues with extensive interiors and exteriors. It includes styling for every room and tethered photography to an iPad Pro for real-time previews. Lifestyle shots can also be added to showcase how the space is enjoyed, bringing personality and depth to your property’s story.

Included:

  • Detailed shot list and mood board

  • Up to 7 hours on location (includes 1 hour of travel)

  • A curated selection of 70+ professionally edited images delivered via a private online gallery

  • Styling included to make each room inviting, photogenic, and perfectly presented

Suitable for: Large luxury homes, hotels, hospitality venues, extensive holiday rentals requiring styling, larger lifestyle shoots.

Events - £450

Additional Info

There may be an additional charge for the following, which will always be discussed during the pre-shoot consultation so there are no surprises.

  • Styling & props
    A small budget may be required for the purchase of props if needed for lifestyle elements.

  • Travel
    Travel within 50 miles or 1 hour of Birdlip is included.

    For further locations, a travel supplement of 45p per mile and £25 per hour applies (capped at £200), plus any necessary parking or congestion charges.

    International travel is tailored to each commission.

  • Image usage
    Images are supplied for use across hotel websites, social media, PR, printed materials, and portfolios. Any extended or third-party use can be discussed if required.

  • Weather
    If weather conditions are likely to affect the shoot, we’ll reschedule for an alternative date at no additional cost.
