Each shoot is shaped around the brief, the setting, and the atmosphere you’d like to capture - from interiors and hospitality spaces to lifestyle imagery. What follows is a guide to what’s included, with flexibility built in to suit each project. 
Photography is captured tethered to an iPad Pro for real-time previews throughout the shoot, allowing styling, composition, and detail to be refined collaboratively as we work.

Short Session - £300

A quick, professional shoot tailored for smaller projects or busy schedules, delivering polished images that highlight the key elements. 
Included:
  • Pre-shoot consultation

  • A curated selection of approximately 15 professionally edited images delivered via a private online gallery.
Suitable for: Quick seasonal or lifestyle shoots, small holiday rentals, a handful of portraits, interior designers seeking polished imagery of up to two rooms, or estate agents requiring professional photography of smaller properties (typically 1–2 bedrooms)

Half Day Shoot - £500

A bed with a dark gray upholstered headboard, white bedsheets, and three dark red velvet pillows with yellow piping, set against a dark wall. 
Ideal for spaces and larger projects requiring extra attention to detail. Lifestyle shots can also be included to capture how the space is used, adding personality to your space.

  • Styling included to ensure each space feels inviting, photogenic, and thoughtfully presented, with gentle direction for lifestyle imagery and food styling to create natural, atmospheric scenes.
Suitable for: Hotels, restaurants, holiday rentals, styled seasonal or lifestyle shoots, or estate agents needing professional photography for mid to large-sized properties.

Full Day Shoot - £800

The Full-Day Shoot is designed for large properties, hotels, and hospitality venues with extensive interiors and exteriors. Alongside carefully composed interior imagery, the shoot can incorporate lifestyle and food photography to capture how the space is experienced - adding personality, atmosphere, and depth to your brand story.

  • Up to 7 hours on location
  • A curated selection of 70+ professionally edited images delivered via a private online gallery
  • Styling included to ensure each space feels inviting, photogenic, and thoughtfully presented, with gentle direction for lifestyle imagery and food styling to create natural, atmospheric scenes.
Suitable for: Large luxury homes, hotels, hospitality venues, extensive holiday rentals requiring styling, larger lifestyle shoots.

Additional Info

There may be an additional charge for the following, which will always be discussed during the pre-shoot consultation so there are no surprises.
  • Styling & props
    A small budget may be required for the purchase of props if needed for lifestyle elements.
  • Travel
    Based in Birdlip, I include travel within a 25-mile radius as part of my fee. For projects beyond this area, travel is charged at 45p per mile, with any applicable parking or congestion charges added where necessary.
  • Image usage
    Images are supplied for use across hotel websites, social media, PR, printed materials, and portfolios. Any extended or third-party use can be discussed if required.
  • Weather
    If weather conditions are likely to affect the shoot, we’ll reschedule for an alternative date at no additional cost.
